BOOKINGS

All rates are per apartment (NOT per person)
All rates are inclusive of VAT as applicable and service.

When you make a reservation through central-kiev-apartments.com, the rates that you see on the website (and the booking request form) at the time you make the booking are the rates that we will apply and confirm to you. If for any reason there are any unforeseen problems or changes with your reservation, we will first contact you for any instructions and/or your approval before arranging or proceeding with a different reservation for you.

In the event that the apartment of your booking is reserved at the time of submitting your reservation request (complete with credit card details), central-kiev-apartments.com will offer to you an alternative apartment of similar price, quality and general location.  Without your prior approval no alternative reservation will be made.  If an alternative apartment was submitted on the booking request form, we will automatically make that reservation for you should the first choice of apartment be unavailable for the dates chosen.

When the online booking request form is submitted using the secure online booking request system, you will be notified by email of your reservation confirmation, including full booking details: your booking reference, a street map showing the apartment's location, the apartment's cancellation policy, address and telephone number, so you'll have all the information you need.

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours or if you booked between 10am and 6pm UA time, Monday to Friday, that same day. If you have made booking request outside of the business hours aforementioned, your e-mail notification will arrive the following morning, or on the following Monday if you booked during the weekend or after 6pm UA time on Friday. We will endeavor to get the confirmation to you as soon as possible.

If for any reason you are unable to access the e-mail address you listed on the secure booking request form, please send an e-mail to us using an alternative e-mail account as soon as possible, stating your details, at office@central-kiev-apartments.com. PAYMENT

central-kiev-apartments.com is a NO FEE service and credit card details are used for the rental payment of the apartments only.

Each apartment has its own terms and conditions relating to how you pay for your booking. You can see these details on every apartment's web page, towards the bottom of the descriptive text.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email, quoting your reference booking number (also listed in the subject line of the confirmation email and also within the email). We will then make the cancellation for the apartments. If the cancellation is within three (3) days, 72 hours, of the arrival date, a cancellation charge of one (1) day rental of the apartment, will apply. If the cancellation request was made within a one (1) day, 24 hours before the intended rental date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the reserved time will apply.

If you fail to arrive at the apartment on your intended date of arrival without prior cancellation within the specified period, the central-kiev-apartments.com is entitled to charge your credit card. The amount of this cancellation charge depends upon the time of the cancellation and the apartment rental fee of the particular apartment. You can find this information on every apartment's web page under the heading 'Cancellation Policy'.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you entitle central-kiev-apartments.com to charge your credit card with any cancellation fees, if applicable. Central-kiev-apartments will never charge any cancellation fees if a cancellation happens before the 72 hour period of the intended date of arrival.

This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose. central-kiev-apartments.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website.
