Apartment is located in the city center, near the St. Nicolai Catholic Cathedral and the Olympic Football Stadium. Distance to Hotel Rus & President Hotel is only a 10 minutes walk. 300 meters to the Metro station Respublikanskiy Stadion ( the Olimpic Stadium), to the left in a 5 minutes walk Metro station Palace Ukraina ( Palace of Ukraine ). Restaurants with famous dishes of Ukrainian cuisine also near this Metro station. Distance to main street Khreshatyk is a 20 minutes walk or two stops by metro.  Near apartment located biggest in Kiev University of Foreign Languages. Every year in this University study only female 2000  students.

Booking Procedure

The Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges

For stays of 1–30 nights payment will be due in full 15 days prior to arrival, or immediately for bookings made less than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival.

For stays longer than 30 days, payment for one month's rent will be due in full 15 days prior to arrival, or immediately for booking made less then fifteen (15) days prior to arrival. Each additional month's payment will be made in advance.

Please note that there is an additional 3 % or 4 % handling charge for payments made by credit card.

Payment 

1. Clients will be charged a non-refundable deposit equal to one day's rent of the apartment. This amount will be paid prior to arrival using central-kiev-apartments.com Paypal or Portmone account. The non-refundable deposit will subtracted from the Total Balance Due amount upon arrival.   
2. Upon the clients arrival the remaining balance is due and will be paid prior to staying the apartment. The remaining balance can be paid in either cash or by credit card. Please note that all Banks in the Ukraine charge approximately 3 % or 4 % ( or more ) in foreign transactions fees. central-kiev-apartments.com will not be responsible for this charge. When amount of deposit for example USD100, but from your card taken a little bit more, it is mean Bank, such provide this transaction, included fee for the service. In this case central-kiev-apartments.com also will not be responsible for this charge. 
3. centeral-kiev-apartments accepts on the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Maestro.* (*From our expierence many financial institutioins will not accept a credit charge to an account from Ukraine unless the client informs the financial institutioin prior to travel in Ukriane. Clients should notifiy the credit card issuing bank and notifiy said financial institution that a credit charge will be coming from Ukraine ).  If a problem arises using the client's credit card while the client is inside of Ukraine, the client will pay in cash prior to staying in the apartment. If the client is unable to pay the full amount, the client will leave the apartment before 12 pm the following day.   

Security Deposit

A deposit will be required when booking an apartment. The deposit is equal to one nights rent of the apartment booked.

Transfer from the airport

Pick up from the airport always for a fee. Now it is cost $ 35 or euro 25 for small car. If transfer provide by bigger car or minibus be cost more.

Transfer to the airport

Pick up to the airport can to be free if you rent apartment from our company with price $ 140 per night during 10 days or more.

Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email, quoting your reference booking number (also listed in the subject line of the confirmation email and also within the email). We will then make the cancellation for the apartments. If the cancellation is within three (3) days, 72 hours, of the arrival date, a cancellation charge of one (1) day rental of the apartment, will apply. If the cancellation request was made within a one (1) day, 24 hours before the intended rental date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the reserved time will apply.

If you fail to arrive at the apartment on your intended date of arrival without prior cancellation within the specified period, the central-kiev-apartments.com is entitled to charge your credit card. The amount of this cancellation charge depends upon the time of the cancellation and the apartment rental fee of the particular apartment. You can find this information on every apartment's web page under the heading 'Cancellation Policy'.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you entitle central-kiev-apartments.com to charge your credit card with any cancellation fees, if applicable. Central-kiev-apartments will never charge any cancellation fees if a cancellation happens before the 72 hour period of the intended date of arrival.

Internet   

Please inform our Office Manager in advance so arrangements can be made in the apartment before check-in. Also if it is possible to inform us about how much Internet usage you expect to use so we can help you be connected to Internet with no interruptions or lose of service.

To use Internet modem you have leave at office guarantee money $100. Price for rent is $3 per day. In check out time our manager or driver will give you back your $100 after check how many traffic you used. In some our apartments we can give you Internet for free. But it is not mean in this case you can use Internet unlimited! To know all details, please, connect our office manager.

Internet in our apartments is available 24 hours. For each MB received and sent, you will be charged 0.10 uah of the local currency. For example, 1GB of Internet traffic will be at the price of 100 uah. Immediately when usage reaches 500 MB ( 0.5 GB),  Internet service will be cut off unless we receive a prepayment for Internet service. Also sometime configuration of your computer is nonconformance from Ukrainian standarts. If it is happened you have inform about this our manager in office. We will try help you in short time.
